Ballot Initiatives

  • Repeal of Proposition 47

    1. Allows felony charges for drug possession and thefts under $950 with two prior convictions (currently misdemeanors).

    2. Increases sentences for specified drug and theft crimes.

    3. Defendants who plead guilty to felony drug possession and complete treatment can have charges dismissed.

  • Protect Kids CA Initiative

    1. Ban all so-called sex changes on children (under 18).

    2. Define "female" and "male" in biological terms.

    3. Base sports, bathrooms, changing rooms and showers on biological truths. No more male bodies in female sports, etc.

    4. Prohibit schools from socially transitioning a student without parental consent.
